Our physical trainers, Louise and Luc, are qualified sports coaches at your disposal to help you regain or improve your overall physical condition.

The philosophy of Pilates lies in bringing body and mind into one, finding a beneficial synergy in the search for perfect execution. It is a gentle method which aims to strengthen the deep muscular chains of the body; improve your figure and increase your inner strength.

Every Friday morning from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. (max 5 people/session)

A real complete brunch breakfast all you can eat including freshly cooked eggs, “homemade” savory or sweet tarts and cakes, vegetables and a special attention to working as much as possible with local manufacturers.

And of course: hot drinks, fruit juice, baguette, cereal bread, mini pastries, compote, butter, yogurt, white and dry ham, cheese, hard-boiled egg, fresh fruit salad, seasonal fruit, fruit dry goods, cereals, muesli, bacon…Service from 7:15 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. facing the ocean.

2 hours at the marine course to enjoy the heated sea water pool, hammam, sauna, sensory showers, the lunch menu (3 courses - excluding drinks) in our Brasserie facing the sea and extend your experience with 50 minutes of care provided by our experts.

Finally, to completely let go, discover the rest room with its Himalayan salt wall.
