For a lunch or a dinner that will delight all your senses, the HR Beach Brasserie offers several options:

The gourmet restaurant L'Arnerault by HR

This season marks the opening of L'Arnerault by HR, a gourmet restaurant under the direction of the talented Shoichi Onose. This Japanese chef, a fervent fan of French cuisine, offers an innovative culinary experience by combining local flavors and Japanese influences. The unique menu, offered in 8 courses*, is served in an intimate setting of 20 seats within the HR Hôtel & Marine Spa.

Each dish is a true work of culinary art showcasing dishes from the land and sea, using local products.

After seven years spent in a French restaurant in Tokyo and a career in several gastronomic establishments, Shoichi stands out for his passion, creativity and innovation. He likes to experiment with fresh, local ingredients to create unique French cuisine dishes, enhanced by a Japanese touch.
